At Aggieland Outfitters, we want you to love your Maroon & White gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed, unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition releases and clearance items may be designated as final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized USPS or UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
